I think the article is great and I myself have decided as you that this is buying time. I do have a problem in that as a land purchaser and land not selling quickly. monies are tied. I notice you speak of houses whats next.

All this is good but you talk like everybody has 30 or 40 0r even $50,000.00
to buy homes. its just not that easy, come on who or what audiance are you trying to reach. you obviously don't know how humiliating and fustrating it is for us. its just not that easy. Ex
just like when we bought our first home they told us how in a couple of years you can refinance well that day never came for us. People always talk about and make it sound so easy but in reality "its just not that easy"

Hi Jack!

I wanted to let you know that I WANT to buy land and houses right now, the market is perfect for buying. But I am so poor that I cannot even afford your $79 program.
Thank you for all the great free information you are giving, and keep up the good work.
I also did buy a tax lien on a junkyard in Phoenix almost 3 years ago, and should be able to foreclose on the right to redeem in Nov.
I will either receive 16% on my investment or I will buy a junkyard for $2,500 or so.
I know poverty is a big problem everywhere, and it is hard to make the transition from poor to wealthy; wish me luck in the journey!
Thanks again for the information.

Great Information Jack,

While reading your article I thought about the 80+ million baby-boomers now retiring at the rate of millions per year. They are the target market now and in the future....disposable income, desire to 'bail out' of mainstream society, second home, etc.
My County will have my first delinquent tax list for me tomorrow and I'm almost done with your 'Pennies' course. The adrenaline is pumpin' and I enjoy getting out of bed in the morning!
Thanks for everything and I'll keep you posted on my land purchase progress.

Jack
I enjoy reading your blog.
I think you are leaving the fact that a lot of these cheap houses on the market need some work done ranging somewhere from 10k to 50k.
The readers should be aware of that and figure out financing.
