He bought a lot in Palm Coast Fl for about $425 and sold it for $5,300 about as soon as he got it. He said he sent out 100 mail pieces and got 11 responses. Also said he has a new bunch of “post cards” out in the mail.
All I want to know is what program did he buy to learn about getting the list, how to screen and select from the list, and which mailing pieces to send out?
I have recently bought a couple of educational items from you and want to learn how to do these things in the simplest and least expensive course I can buy that will keep it simple and let me do the job.
