How do I go about evicting the previous owners? Do I have to get the eviction application from the court? Do I have to contact the sheriff's office? Do I have to give them so many days to get out? I have searched and searched the internet for this but I am not getting any accurate answers yet. P.s.. I am in FLORIDA.
