“Michael Hurley here. My profession has been various forms of real estate for the past
five years after retiring from Honeywell. My wife, Maureen, and I live in Scottsdale,
Arizona, but will be moving to either Queen Creek or Tolleson in the next couple of months.
I signed up for your Land Profit Formula course last October and launched into it full force.
By the end of November I had my first property under contract and it was the prototype of what
you would like. I bought a three acre lot in northern Arizona from a 90 year old retired
lady for $1125. She called me and said she wanted to get rid of it and would probably take
whatever I offered.
I couldn’t believe it! I gave her $1125 for it because I just couldn’t go any lower
and feel good about it (I know, I know, get over it!).
The property was probably worth anywhere from $15,000 to $25,000.
So, I got it under contract, but decided to not market it until after Christmas.
I tried eBay first, but only could get about $3000 for it.
Then I put it on Craig’s List for $9,900 and had it sold in less than 30 days for $8,400.
So, needless to say, my first experience out of the gate was a homerun in my thinking.
I have pursued a lot of properties since, but have been stalled for outside reasons.
Also, because the market has been so slow, I got real conservative for a while, not wanting to take on any inventory.
Then from my residential real estate background, I decided to start using lease/purchase contracts and
since have put eight more properties under contract. This enabled me to offer more for the properties without any risk.
I may be paying more than I should, but I won’t be stuck with any inventory either. That’s about it.
I do want to say in closing, the best thing about getting
into this business is the people I have met.
I get some stinkers now and then, but I also make some real connections too.
I know several of the properties I have under contract are because people grew to trust me very quickly.
Two or three of them sincerely want me to stop by and meet them if I am in the area, and I probably will.
If you can do business and make friends in the process, well, that’s just about the best in life!

Using Jack Bosch’s Land For Pennies program I was able to purchase a one acre parcel of land for less than $200.
The parcel was assessed by the county for $35,200 and came complete with electricity and road access.
I’ve found that Jack’s program also works in ANY market condition.
The skill set you develop with his program is also transferable to other areas of real estate.
While being one of Jack’s earlier students I was impressed with the fact that on one of his

Hello Jack, RLee here. I first saw you when you first started after you moved to the usa. And with a vission and desire and ACTION you have developed a product that any one can make money at. I have a problem. After spending many thousands and thousands of dollars on one program after another, I am broke, busted, my home in foreclosre, my pockets empty, frustrated, feeling defeeded I will NOT QUIT. BUT I need some help from some-one who gives a rats ass. I have learned and I will not let anyone down who works with R Lee. Is there some one out there now. Thank You We will make it….
