On my blog I have been talking about proof that my programs really works. I have sheared information about how easy it is to get started and about how great the response rate is. Today I wanted to share some comments from my friend and accountant, Warren Taryle.

I met Warren when I was first getting into land flipping, and when I explained my ideas and where I wanted to go, he was a little skeptical at first.

But as time went by, he saw the truth in the numbers. Warren said:

Who would have ever thought you could buy real estate so inexpensively, good quality real estate, and then turn around and sell it with just some amazing profits?

Warren also said that he had never seen anyone take this type of real estate investing to such a high level, and that if I can do it, anyone can.

I really think that if you are interested in real estate investing, then you owe it to yourself to try out my methods. They lower your risk, increase your returns, and are 100% ethical and legal.

Warren wasn’t too sure of how well my real estate business would do when we first spoke, but over the years I have made a believer out of him! He has seen the tax advantages of investing in real estate, he has seen the income it has provided for my family and how much my family has benefitted, and he has seen how many other people have been able to replicate those results time and again.

I love what I do, because it really changes lives. The “proof is in the pudding” as they say, and for an accountant like Warren, it all comes down to the numbers.

So have my friends and I done a good job of convincing you that this stuff really works?
