I’ve been accused of giving people false hope and of preying on those who are at their wit’s end. I have been compared to televangelists who promise blessings from above in exchange for money.

Is that what you think? You who have read my blog posts, my book, and perhaps gone through one of my training programs?

I don’t sell hope. I offer education. But like any teacher can tell you – you can’t force anyone to put what they learn into practice. So that is why I always include this disclaimer on websites that feature student testimonials:

It does take effort to make money and it just won’t happen if you do not learn and apply the system. Worse, some people never even complete the training and therefore never see any results. The fact is that some people have gotten upset with me, feeling that I made them false promises! Nothing could be further from the truth. That’s like getting upset with your gym for your being out of shape when you never bothered to use the equipment and training that they provide!

I am an educator. I teach people the methods and philosophies that they need to make more money and to invest that money into cash-producing assets. The methods work (as my own life and the lives of my students bear out) but they only work IF YOU FOLLOW THEM TO THE LETTER.

No matter where you are now, you can live a life of financial freedom. While that sounds far-fetched for most people if they are drowning in bills and don’t know where their money is going at the end of the month, it is possible for anyone to get to a place in life where all your ordinary—and even your extraordinary—expenses are covered by ongoing cash flow.

But to accomplish the creation of this state of financial bliss, to make it happen for your life, you must be aware of how money works. If you don’t learn how money works, you will be stuck, forever exchanging hours for dollars in the hopes that—through some lucky strike—you will suddenly wake up wealthy and be able to retire from your job. Let me give you a hint. It is not going to happen unless you take action and make some distinctions in your life. Begin by changing how you think about money and cash. That is the first step.

So can anyone – in theory – become wealthy by applying these principles? Yes. Will everyone who buys my program become wealthy? No unless they put it into practice. It’s the same mechanism behind obese people with gym memberships and high school graduates who can’t point out the US on a map. You have to put in some effort yourself to get the results you want.

I don’t sell false hope. I offer an education. But what you do with that education is up to you.
